Richard Prangell - Solicitor
Richard holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the University of Technology, Sydney. He was admitted as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of NSW in April 2011.
Richard practices in Kreisson Legal’s Commercial Law team, and works closely with Ilona Teremi (Solicitor Director) and Irena Reiss (Senior Associate).
Richard has a broad range of experience, and worked pre-admission as a paralegal in both top tier and government contexts. Richard’s experience includes assisting with:
- civil litigation, in matters acting for insurers, and insured parties
- commercial, personal injury and property related litigation
- the defence of individual and class action litigation for national and multination organisations
- investigations in relation to a major corporate collapse involving a number of national banks and independent litigation teams.
Richard assists clients with strong drafting skills, a high level of attention to detail and a passion for the law to achieve efficient, commercial outcomes.
