David has been admitted as a solicitor for 20 years and practices in commercial and construction dispute resolution.
During his career, David has represented clients in a wide range of industry sectors and has acted for insurance companies, banks, councils, liquidators, corporations and construction companies in a variety of complex commercial, insolvency and construction disputes.
David's expertise covers all forms of dispute resolution including litigation, arbitration, mediation and adjudication under the Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment Act 1999 (as amended).
David's experience has well equipped him to provide commercial and strategic advice in the conduct of litigation, the management of risk and the resolution of disputes.
