Amanda Zucker - Solicitor
Amanda Zucker holds a Bachelor of Arts (Modern History) and Juris Doctor degrees. She was admitted to practice as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of NSW in February 2011.
Amanda practices in construction law for the Kreisson Legal building and construction team.
As a Junior Solicitor, Amanda works closely with David Glinatsis (Solicitor Director), Craig Blackwell (Senior Associate) and Trudi McDonnell (Solicitor).
Amanda has a broad range of pre admission experience having worked as a paralegal at an insurance firm. Amanda’s experience includes assisting senior solicitors in the conduct of:
- Disputes involving professional consultants within the construction and engineering industry;
- Commercial and property related litigation and insurance claims;
- Equity and family provision litigation;
- Commercial transactions and dispute resolution;
Various categories of liability claims from straight forward slip and fall claims to handing multimillion dollar catastrophic personal injury claims arising out of spinal, head and or multiple injuries.
Amanda aims to assist clients by using a range of legal, commercial and project management skills to ensure that the client is always in a position to resolve the dispute on the best possible terms.
